Upgrading FD Text Paging

In the next couple days we’ll be upgrading our text paging of calls from the Davie County SMS to Active911 (  This will allow texts to be received faster, and if you have an iPhone, downloading the App will also provide a map to the location of the call.  Firefighters will not need to do anything, and the changeover should be completed within the next 48-72 hours.

Summer Schedule

During the summer months, we will only meet twice a month.  We will meet on 6/25/12, 7/9/12, and 7/23/12.  We will pick back up with weekly meetings starting in September.

Thanks Station 14

We’d like to thank Cooleemee Station 14 for assisting with Ladder 14 on our call yesterday.  It was a big help.  Hopefully one day we can repay the favor.

Thank You!

We want to say a big “Thank You” to everyone who came out and supported our recent BBQ Chicken Fundraiser.  It was great to see such great support from our community.
